2. Delivery Channels and Timeline
- Instant Browser Delivery: Processed photos, single passport cutouts, and 30-photo A4 sheets are delivered directly within your web browser immediately upon completion of processing (typically within 1 to 5 seconds).
- Immediate Wallet Credits: Digital credits purchased through Razorpay (UPI, Netbanking, Cards) are credited automatically to your user balance the moment the payment gateway sends a 200 OK webhook confirmation.
- Local Downloads: All files can be immediately saved to your computer or smartphone in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format at 300 DPI.
3. Shipping Fees
Because all services and products provided by allbgremove.com are 100% digital and delivered online through cloud infrastructure, zero shipping, courier, or packaging fees apply.
4. Transaction Receipts
Upon successful payment completion, an electronic receipt/confirmation containing your Payment ID, Order ID, and transaction amount will be displayed on the screen and available in your account transaction logs.
5. Technical Delivery Inquiries
If payment was debited from your bank account or UPI app but your wallet credits do not reflect within 10 minutes, please contact our support desk with your Razorpay Payment ID at passportphoto2026@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page. Our team will verify the payment log and resolve it within 12–24 business hours.
